They got a technician to my house within an hour of my call to report a flow of water into my crawl space. Greg did a great job. Fixing the issue, stopping the water within minutes and tackling the crawl space. I am very grateful. Thank you!

Good company. Hempy has been providing our water softening services for over 20 years. About a year ago we had to upgrade to newer equipment, and it has been working great to soften our water and take care of our sulfur water problem.

The delivery guys carry our salt and peroxide to our basement and fill if needed. Helps tremendously due to me having shoulder surgery and cannot do any heavy lifting. Great customer service.

We had Hempy Water install a Water Softener and R/O system at our residence 12 years ago and have been very pleased with their service. We go to their place of business for water bottles, salt, replacement parts and any other water needs that arise. Hempy Water's customer service is reliable and consistent. Hempy’s staff go the extra mile. Whether it’s delivering peroxide and salt to your unit or changing out a duckbill they are prompt and kind. If you can’t fill your water softener they will take the extra minute to make sure your system is ready.
